1. Check the hydraulic oil level regularly every day. The normal oil quality should be transparent light yellow without turbidity and emulsification. If the latter occurs, it should be replaced.
2. The concrete pump truck should be filled with lubricating grease before working. After carefully checking whether the connected water tank is correct, add clean water to the standby water tank. Check the hydraulic system again for oil leakage.
3. Check whether the wear of spectacle plate and cutting ring is normal. If there is serious wear, it should be replaced immediately.
4. Check the indication area of the vacuum gauge on the oil suction filter of the main oil pump. The normal indication area should be within the green area, and the indication of the vacuum gauge should not exceed 0.035MPa.
5. In order to better extend the service life of the engine, the air filter, engine oil, diesel filter, etc. should be replaced after the engine is first used for 50h. After the first replacement, it can be replaced again after 250h. If the oil level of the engine is insufficient, it should be added in time, and the oil added each time should be the same model.
6. The concrete pump truck shall check the oil level and oil quality of the hydraulic oil once during 8h operation, and shall be replaced and supplemented in time in case of insufficient oil level.
7. When the concrete pump truck works for 8h, the lubricating oil level shall be checked once to ensure that no mortar has penetrated into the water tank and that it is well sealed.
