When the pump is working, it is inevitable that there will be faults, so how do we solve these faults when we encounter them?
Next, we will show you how to troubleshoot common faults:
Common faults in pumping systems
1. Automatic pumping does not start
Pump start button wiring disconnected - Rewire.
Intermediate relay burnt out - Repair or replace the relay.
Electromagnetic reversing valve failure, usually the electromagnet is burnt out - Replace the electromagnet.
Proportional amplifier failure, no control pressure.
Chassis gear is incorrect - select the correct gear according to the prompt in the cab.
2. Master cylinder not working
Master cylinder jog button wiring disconnected - Rewire.
Improper adjustment of the main pump displacement adjustment knob.
Too little hydraulic oil in tank.
Severely clogged filter.
Control oil circuit throttle plug blocked.
3. Master cylinder does not change direction.
Solenoid reversing valve solenoid burned out or valve core stuck.
Solenoid valve solenoid position wrong.
No pressure on the system.
Small hydraulic valve stuck.
Insufficient commutation pressure.
4. Insufficient delivery of conveying pipe.
Concrete piston is severely worn.
The gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring is too large.
Concrete is too poor, resulting in poor suction performance.
The S tube is partially blocked.
5.Pumping without stopping.
Intermediate relay contacts burned out.
The stop button is malfunctioning.
Don't mistakenly think that any mix of concrete used on the construction site can be pumped, let alone the concrete formula that can be obtained at will on the pump for experiments, otherwise the resulting failures and blockages will make people feel bad about the pump. and cause great loss
