This is our maintenance standard：
1.For each concrete pump, we change the wear parts, such as hopper,mixing motor,grid ,s value,
glasses plate, cutting rings, seals,hydraulic pipes,etc .
2.Check and overhaul the oil cylinder, electrical system, hydraulic system and pumping system to
ensure that the pump truck will not leak oil. All the systems are in good working condition.
3.After repaired the concrete pump, we will do some cleaning work and Then repaint the concrete
machines , so that they will have a good looking.
4.Performance test: conducting about 4 hours of water pumping test to ensure that the pump truck
with good performance when delivered to our customers.
Comparison before and after renovation：
After the refurbishment, we will test the machine for eight hours to ensure the normal completion of each job position of the pump truck.
Preparation before shipment：
1. After the customer is satisfied, we will confirm the shipping schedule with the customer and prepare the customs clearance materials and documents.
2. After the information is prepared, confirm the shipping schedule and confirm the time of our shipment to the port.
3. The information that the driver who handed over the shipment to us needs to give to the shipping agent.
4. After arriving at the port, confirm whether the pump truck is in good condition and whether its functions can be used normally.
