What's the concrete pump truck?

-The concrete pump is a machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along the pipeline truck. Composed of pump body and delivery pipe. It consists of a pump body and a delivery pipe.

How to operate a concrete pump truck?

1, Driving State → Operating State

 The driving state of the pump truck means that the cloth arm is retracted and folded and placed in place on the cloth arm bracket; all outriggers are retracted and locked; the hopper and the car body are cleaned; the transfer case has been converted to the driving state; State of driving.

The power of the pump truck is provided by the chassis engine. The engine power must be distributed to the chassis travel mechanism or the upper part of the pump truck through the transfer case by operating the "work/driving conversion panel"-the power take-off switching valve plays a very important role in the middle.

At the same time, through the operation of the panel, the battery power is supplied to the upper electrical system.

2, Operation of the outrigger

Before the boom is unfolded, the outriggers of the pump truck must be fully unfolded. The unfolding steps of the outriggers are as follows:

2.1，Turn the "remote control/Off/surface control" key switch on the electric control cabinet to the remote control position. As shown below:

2.2, Confirm that the supporting ground is level and solid; confirm that there is no one in the outrigger work area before operating the outrigger.

       Open the mechanical locks of all outriggers, as shown in the figure below：

2.3, Press and hold the green button switch, operate the corresponding handle to open the corresponding outrigger.Extend the outriggers to the maximum position  

2.4, According to the ground conditions, pad the appropriate pads, open the two front legs to extend the vertical cylinder until the front tire is off the ground, and then open the two rear legs to extend the vertical cylinder until the rear tire is off the ground (ground clearance is about 50mm)

2.5, Adjust the lifting height of the front and rear outriggers, and adjust the whole machine to be level (the maximum allowable inclination angle is 3°). Confirm that the control handle of each outrigger has returned to the middle position.

3. Security check

• The transfer case should be turned to the operating state, and the "Operation" indicator light is on; if there is a power take-off control switch, the key should be removed and stored; the gear shift lever should be hung in the direct working position;
• The indications of the engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature and other instruments in the cab should be normal;
• The outriggers should be stretched in place according to regulations;
• The whole machine should be leveled and the tires should be off the ground;
• The switches or handles for outrigger control and pumping control are in the non-operating position.

• Confirm that the outriggers are fully extended when supporting on the ground, and the tires are off the ground, as shown in Figure 2-93;
• The joints of each boom are filled with lubricating oil;
• The wall thickness of each conveying pipe meets the requirements of use;
• The working conditions are as described above.
• When concrete is pumped, the following inspections should be carried out
• When pumping starts and stops, you should contact the end hose operator;
• Whether the lubrication pump is working normally and whether each lubrication point is full of lubricating oil;
• Whether the pressure gauges and the vacuum gauges for oil suction and oil return are normal;
• Whether the engine speed reaches the set value (when the ambient temperature is lower than zero, the engine should be idle for 15-20 minutes, and the pumping cylinder should be activated at the same time to warm up the hydraulic system to prevent the sudden cold start of the oil pump, resulting in insufficient oil absorption and damage Oil pump

4. Operation of Boom

The operation of the cloth arm can be completed by the electric control cabinet or by the remote control.

1. Through the electronic control button and the outrigger multi-way valve, all the outriggers are unfolded (half-extended state is prohibited). Make sure that the whole machine is completely fixed horizontally (the bubbles in the level gauges on both sides should be in the middle).
2. Turn the "manual/remote control" switch on the operation panel of the electric control cabinet to the remote control position; Note: The functions of the remote control buttons are shown in the instruction manual provided with the car.
3. If there is air in the boom hydraulic cylinders and pipelines, there may be a danger of rapid falling when the boom is moved, causing damage to equipment and personnel.
