The big taboo of pump truck maintenance
Pump trucks look tough on the outside, but their internal parts are fragile,Improper maintenance will affect the normal use of the concrete pump truck.
The following nine maintenance taboos, so that everyone can properly maintain the concrete pump truck:
1. Smear butter
The main function of butter is to lubricate and seal. Some repairmen will apply butter on the cylinder gasket during the maintenance process, thinking that this can increase the sealing performance of the diesel engine. In fact, this approach is wrong. Because, if grease is applied to the cylinder gasket, when the cylinder bolts are tightened, a part of the grease will inevitably flow into the cylinder. The remaining butter on the outside will also cause a certain gap between the cylinder gasket, the cylinder head and the plane of the body after being affected by the high temperature, which reduces the original sealing performance of the cylinder gasket.
2. Never change the oil
Simply adding engine oil without replacing oil for a long time will make many parts of the engine work in a poorly lubricated environment, causing wear far beyond the normal state. If the engine oil is not changed for a long time, it is easy to cause accidents such as burning tiles and holding shafts.
3. Cylinder liner and piston products are installed without combination
The new cylinder liner and piston product do not look at the specific size, resulting in the situation that the cylinder liner and the piston product are not matched in many cases. When the largest size cylinder is matched with the smallest size piston, the gap between the two will be too large and the compression will be weak.
4. Heating the piston with an open flame
In the process of installing the piston pin, the piston should be heated and expanded first.Put the piston in hot oil to heat it up.
5. Abrasive cloth grinding
6.Bolts are tightened desperately
It's not that the tighter the bolt, the safer.Tighten it as tight as possible, which can easily cause the bolt to break, or the thread to slip.
