How to control the speed of pump truck

1. Test speed
Switch to the working state (open the PTO switch), and the speed measured by the controller is the premise of raising and lowering speed. The principle of speed measurement is shown in the figure.
The engine speed signal reaches the test speed input point of the controller through the chassis signal through the can line. The speed signal recognized by the controller is transmitted through the can line and displayed on the display screen of the electric control cabinet.
2. Speed regulation
When the engine needs to speed up, a command must be given to the controller, such as positive pump, near control acceleration, etc After receiving the command, the controller converts the signal into the voltage (0.8 ~ 3.3V) between line 37 # and line 38 # through line 39 # and CR3003 module, and enters the chassis signal interface to realize speed increase When the speed is manually reduced or the pump is stopped, the speed can be adjusted by reducing the voltage between lines 37 # and 38 # until it is reduced to idle speed
3. When the emergency stop is pressed, the emergency signal reaches the circuit board and the controller through the 840# line, and the controller sends the flameout signal to the circuit board through the 34# line. The KA5 normally closed contact switch on the circuit board is disconnected, so that the 63# and 64# lines are disconnected. Because the chassis control unit does not have this signal, the engine is turned off.

From the above, we find that the control of the chassis engine in the working state is realized through the chassis signal interface, and the pump trucks of other types of chassis are also similar. The work and driving of the pump truck are relatively independent, but they are inseparable. In case of speed related fault, calm analysis is required to find the fault cause.
1. Speed fault: whether the display screen is normal, whether the wiring harness is normal.
2. Speed up / down fault: check whether the accelerator pedal reacts, whether the controller input and input signal are normal,CR3003 module fault, harness fault.
3. Flameout fault: whether line 840 # has power, whether line 34 # has output, whether the circuit board is damaged, and whether lines 63 # and 64 # are on and off.
